Making a Claim

Our OrbitPay card is accepted at almost 200 Medical Providers nationwide; please click here to see all our registered Providers. The OrbitPay card is easy to use when you get treatment or collect a prescription. It works just like an eftpos payment card — simply show it to a registered medical provider and they'll swipe it. There’s no need to make a separate claim.

If you visit a medical service provider who is not on our list, or if you don’t have your card with you, you will need to pay the cost of your visit and any prescriptions. You can then make a claim with OrbitProtect to have the costs paid back to you.

When you visit a medical centre, they may ask for your card and get you to sign an authorisation form. We don’t require doctors to know what you are covered for. If you have an OrbitPay card, they will simply provide the service you need without any questions about your insurance and we’ll take care of the cost directly.

There could be times when you do need to make a claim outside of using your OrbitPay card, simply go online and register at: claims.orbitprotect.com
