Seasonal Worker Application Process

All seasonal workers wishing to apply for our Seasonal Worker Insurance need to sign an authorisation form. Having this authority enables us to interact with employers on a range of issues and improve our ability to communicate with medical centres and hospitals at claim time.

It is important that you make sure you receive and read our brochure. If you have not received a copy of our brochure when your insurance starts, please ask your employer for a copy.

By completing the authorisation form, you have the opportunity to:
 disclose pre-existing medical conditions (if any).
 extend the base medical/travel cover to include one of our two property cover options.

Upon completion of the authorisation form, please return it to your employer who will post it to us at the end of the month. Naturally, when your employer receives an application with disclosed medical conditions or a request for property cover, they would immediately fax your form to us.
